Drawing on more than 20 years of industry experience, she and her team provide the expertise and support to help advisors navigate transitions, expand their teams, deliver planning and investment solutions, and grow their businesses.

Theresa is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and ability to bring people together around shared goals. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams and led initiatives that support business growth and advisor success. She holds the Series 65, SIE, Life and Health Insurance License, and PMP® credential.

Outside the office, Theresa enjoys running, cycling, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
