Christina Mantzaris serves in a dual role as our Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer (CFO-COO). She is responsible for driving the firm’s financial growth strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative and integrated team environment. With over two decades of financial services experience, she acts as a strategic partner to CEO Scott Greenfield and our leadership team. Under her stewardship, the company has seen sustained growth and expansion as a leading MassMutual General Agency.
Prior to joining FAF, Christina served as the CFO at Lenox Advisors where she provided strategic financial leadership, driving growth and profitability through financial analysis and risk management.
Christina has an MBA in Business Administration and BS in Finance from Marist College. She is an active mentor and advocate for women in finance. Residing outside NYC, she can be found outdoors hiking and enjoying nature most weekends.
